On The Grind - Bulverde

I have been going to this location enough to have gotten a stamp card filled out. Tonight was a different experience than any other time. The two employees that were working were talking negatively about customers and I felt very uncomfortable before I even ordered my drink. A car pulled up behind me and the lady who was taking the order in front of me appeared to be very irritated to have customers. I know sometimes people have a bad day and may feel overwhelmed but I do believe talking about customers where customers can hear is very unprofessional. Every other time I have come here, the customer service was immaculate! I always left with a smile. Tonight was not the same experience.

Where the coffee lady said it was sweet didn’t turn out to be sweet didn’t end up liking it couldn’t even drink it. It didn’t taste good at all. I had a pour down the drain.

As a high school teacher, you never know what to expect from younger staff, but the service here has always been outstanding. They are knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, we never feel judged for asking dumb questions, and the menu continues to grow. They have similar options to another well-known coffee franchise, but the quality and price can 't be beat.

The coffee does not taste good as it used to always feel hurried and rushed.

The service was great. The young men and women inside and out, were doing an awesome job. Had me through there in a matter of minutes. The hardest part of that trip was actually getting to the window to pick up my drink. The music was so loud, I couldn't hear what the young woman was trying to tell me. She had to lean so far out the window, I thought she was gonna fall. I can't imagine having to stay in that little box listening to that all day long.
