Wendy's - Buffalo

Chili was great, some tables were dirty. This Wendy's closes before it says it does so don't go to it 30 minutes before closing time. Employees are helpful and communicative. I would recommend that you try one of their salads. Nice little dine in area. My food was made fast. Still wish the 4 for $4 with the jr. Bacon was still a thing. Burgers are more filling than the ones at McDonald's. Nice little lunch stop. The food tastes fresh, especially for a fast food place. Would recommend this Wendy's.

The customer service was awful The fries were cold and soggy I WILL NEVER RETURN

Counter person had gloves on but after handling money she put her hands inside the top of my cup before she was going to get me lemonade. I politely asked her to get me a different cup because you just put your hands inside that cup. I thought that was disgusting and unprofessional and I will not go back to that Wendys.

Dining room closed at 5pm on a Monday, not even a sign. Now now open but long delay before ordering I think they do 1 or two at a time then take more.
