The Roller Door Kitchen - Buderim

My friend and I enjoyed morning tea in a cozy booth with a beautiful lamp casting a warm glow over our table. The service was efficient, the coffee was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive two slices of cake with butter, syrup, and spoons, even though we only ordered one to share. The restaurant seemed to have mostly local customers, and I can imagine it being quite lively in the evenings. As we were leaving, we were given loyalty cards with two stars each and a friendly smile. Overall, a delightful experience.

I recently spent a couple of weeks in Maroochydore and was fortunate enough to stay near Ocean Street, the main restaurant strip in Maroochydore. One evening, my friends and I stumbled upon Roller Door, which offers a three-course dinner for $35 on Fridays and Saturdays. Since it was a Friday, we decided to try it out. The menu is not extensive, but all the dishes are Italian-based and appealing for all three courses. I won't go into details about our dinner selections, but we enjoyed all three courses. Additionally, the restaurant is BYO (there is a bottle shop in the shopping center across the street), and for $35, it was great value compared to other restaurants. The staff were friendly and eager to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend this small restaurant. I did notice that the price of the three-course menu had increased to $38 the following week, but it is still great value.

I visit this small café every few weeks. The breakfast portions are good-sized, affordable, and delicious. They offer a variety of gluten-free homemade cakes, like the decadent dark chocolate cake and the tasty banana bread. I also loved their lentil burger on a homemade bun with relish. The coffee is also excellent.

When you hear roller door kitchen it doesn't inspire confidence but just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. This is a little gem of a cafe. Delicious hearty breakfast and nice staff. Definitely worth a visit!

Coffee was great, food was affordable and nice and staff were friendly. Love the setup and overall look of the place, lovely vibes all round and the Italian Breaky pan was to die for!!!
