Salaam Bombay - Budapest

Very delicious Indian food! I get used to good British Indian takeaways and that was very similar and tasty. Would definitely go back and recommend others. Good value for money!

I write this review after 5-6 months or so, while I am on a different trip in Europe and try to find good and authentic Indian food. I traveled to Budapest in August 2022 and stumbled over Salaam Bombay for lunch. The food was so great that we packed it for dinner too. Our plan was originally to discover other restaurants in Budapest, but after dinner in Salaam Bombay we went there the next day and day after tomorrow. If I ever visit Budapest again (what I will certainly do) I will definitely visit Salaam Bombay again. I traveled throughout Europe and tried Indian food, but this was best by far. The experiment they do with Indian fusion courts is great. Go on. See you next time.

From the various Indian places we visited, I believe that this is more suited to European taste. The food was very nice, but it wasn't sharp at all. If you have concerns about it, this is a safe place to order. Although I could probably take more Spicy. Very attentive and friendly stuff, food was delivered quickly after the order. There are many dishes in the menu, I am sure you will find something you will lie.

The best Indian restaurant in Budapest and you will always be satisfied with delicious food there.
