Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I had a sirloin steak and eggs. It was a real steak! I ordered it medium rare and it came out cooked to perfection. I do not expect an inch to inch and a half steak at such a place. Best visit to a cracker barrel ever. The eggs were also done just as requested. Biscuits were warm and wonderful. Service was very good, but the quality of the food and its preparation stole the show.

We stopped to eat at this Cracker Barrel while traveling. It is right of I-95 so it was very convenient. The service was excellent and our server was very welcoming. We ordered the meatloaf special with mashed potatoes and fried apples. We were so hungry I forgot to snap a picture, so just got a picture of it the fried apples and biscuits. There are many options for lodging near this restaurant which is great when you are travel weary.

This is a mandatory stop whenever we go on a trip with the family. Cracker Barrel has become our favorite place. You always find the best atmosphere, the best attention and their dishes are all a delight. In the store you always find a little gift for your loved ones.

It’s what I remember about eating in the south and it was easy to have to go so we could eat outside. What made it great for me this time was finding some gifts in the shop that I can bring back to my family that I think were perfect, reasonably sized and packed well for the trip. I had been looking high and low for the rights kinds of items and, fingers crossed, it makes a very long flight with me safely. The staff was all super friendly but the masking policy may only apply to the kitchen staff unless it’s personal preference.

Was on vacation, hungry just needed some decent food. Craker Barrel never disappoint..
