Taco Bell - Brownwood

It smelled like poop when we entered. The smell was overwhelming at the kiosk. We had a question about our order. Very rude. Ran there finger through our taco. I don’t know what the funky smell is.

When someone puts no whatever treat it as an allergy. I ordered no creamy jalapeno sauce due to me being allergic To jalapenos just for it to arrive and have the damn sauce on it. So thank you for the Allergy reaction. Do better

I ordered a double decker Taco with no lettuce. Since when are the crushed up tortilla chips added to a double decker Taco with no lettuce?

I really like Taco bell but I am not impressed with having to order from the kiosk instead of the counter. If an employee has to come out and show you how to order then it defeats the purpose of the kiosk.

It's absolutely ridiculous how often this location leaves food out of the bags. I went earlier today around 11 and I ordered 5 items, I live out in the country so it's not even worth driving back to town for this place. Pls stop leaving the items we pay for out of the bags and learn to actually place the items we're paying for in!!! It's so simple yet this place can't seem to grasp the concept.
