The Maple Kitchen - Brownsville

Lobster bisque was a watery broth rather than a creamy bisque, haddock was dry and rubbery, prime rib was ok but nothing special. For the price this meal was mediocre at best.

Came here for dinner and had the French Onion soup as well as the Cobb salad. The soup was good, but didn 't enjoy the leafy greens base of the Cobb salad. My server, Dustin, appeared new, behind the bar. He was friendly though. I would go back, but not in a rush.

I’m a disabled Army Veteran and I came here because it’s convenient inside the resort. As soon as you walk in they make you feel like your home. They seat you and make sure your okay. The food comes out so fast. Marisa was my waitress and she goes above and beyond for her customs. The whole team there is amazing. I have eaten there twice and I’m back there Thursday and I’m bring my friend with me. The flatbread is amazing. I add the candy bacon on top of my flatbread. The chicken Cobb salad is so good. It’s the wings though my god they are soo good. Everything is fresh and made with lots of love. Check it out if you’re in town. Tell them Mo sent you. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The maple glazed salmon was excellent!

Food was basic and devoid of flavor. I ordered the fish and chips. Service was ok, not very personable. The young server was polite but seemed to be reading from a script from an old movie. If you were looking for a snack and access to a TV outside of your room then this place might be for you. Beyond that there isn’t much atmosphere to describe. In completing this review I saw more option to review from the menu than what was available while we were there. Candied bacon was overrated.
