Texas Roadhouse Brownsville

I was actually really surprised how much I enjoyed my meal here! Me and my brother both agreed the steak was really good. In the past I 've always felt like Texas Roadhouse was just OK but this experience changed my mind.

The place was crazy busy, but yet on top of everything. I would have expected to be waiting for awhile to get our food, drinks, and the rolls based on how busy they were. They were on point, they hustled, everything tasted great, no complaints about the food! Our waiter was quick to refill drinks, and make sure we were taken care of. As busy as they were, they had everything flowing smoothly, I wouldn't let a full parking lot deter you from going inside, they can handle full capacity!

Our party of two arrived at 255pm and was greeted and seated by 3pm. Our server (Brandi) promptly arrived at our table and was very good at taking our orders. She quickly brought drinks and appetizer along with the salads. We ordered 16oz ribeyes and they were cooked just as ordered. As we were leaving i noticed a lot of people were waiting to come in. So I guess 3pm is a good time to get here. Great place to go.The only bad note was a customer that that let their child scream very loudly for 20 minutes when they should have taken it outside or to the bathroom. Very inconsiderate of others.

I ordered my steak medium rare but when it came I noticed it was really just medium. The waitress apologized and said they were took a new one for me and then the manager came over as and apologized and promised to make it right. Which they did and they offered to refill all the sides and the steak came out perfect! They had a very good attitude and made everything just right.
