This guy is the real deal! He has extremely fresh ingredients and makes the most delicious ceviche and cocktail in South Texas. I definitely recommend the Gulf Coast ceviche or the Shrimp Cocktail just don't forget a bag of chips and a pack of crackers!My only complaint/recommendation is that there was a slight bitter taste to my shrimp cocktail it could have just been from the cilantro that day or something else. However, that's a small price to pay for such fresh ingredients and expert preparation. I will definitely be coming back.Parking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Once you get onto the sidewalk, there are no steps to get into the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: The ingredients are pre cut, and the food is made to order.

The service is great and the is specific about the menu. Has a great sense of humor. Respectful, attentive,and very helpful. For being a first time customer I enjoyed the gulf ceviche. The food is fresh and has a great flavor. I enjoyed having a conversation with the owner. Real down to earth and humble. Takes pride in what he makes. Thank you, plan on keep on going. The fish and shrimp was super fresh and tasty. They let me have a sample before deciding and I went with the Captains Choice (Ahi Tuna, Basa, Shrimp) since they were all so delicious!! All the sauces are also made in house and very unique.

Wasn’t a big fan of ceviche till my wife had me try Skinny Fish. Now we go there once a week since it’s so close to our house.Guy below with the one star review is definitely lying. Food has always been extremely clean. Not sure why people would want to burn a small local business…
