Mcdonald's - Brownsville

I specifically told the manger what I wanted to eat for that evening and he completely ignored me. Super disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly recommend for everyone to stop going to this place.

Asked for no pickles and received pickles on my burger. Happens every time i go there. And they also didn’t give me my fries!

They charge you the food and you have to wait 7 mins for them to make it what happened to fast food restaurants

A male employee stranger to me asked desperately for a ride due to him being late even though he has his own car. I understand theres limited space but they don't let employees park their cars on-site. Which is absolutely inconvenient for workers getting paid just to spend it on lyfts or users.

They take 40 minutes in drive thru just to have people wearing more make up than ronald mcdonald laughing getting your order wrong multiple times.
