Arby's - Browns Point

Not the best Arbys. Always seem to be out of stuff for Curley fries, bread for sandwiches, etc. Service is slow.

BLUF: Hours are 1000 1500 Monday Friday. 3 because when I 've been able to eat here the food is hot and as ordered, but more often than not I 'm disappointed by a closed sign (or more accurately a closed traffic cone in the drive thru). Business owner comments on quite a few reviews, but doesn 't seem to follow through with one common complaint that I 've seen an experienced... hours of operation on Google maps, Arby 's website, etc. don 't match up with reality. Fixing the hours would eleviate some frustrated customer issues IMO. Photo taken on 15 Feb 22.

Ordered 2 Mac n cheese from the 2/$6 menu was charged $7.78 for them which I didn't realize while we were there because they didn't tell me the total. They said they would have my total at the second window but took my card without telling me. I realized when I got home. It was not much but its the point that they are overcharging. The Mac and cheese was awful tasting too.

Arby’s needs to update their store hours on the door and all the websites. When they are open 1130-1300? I love their food.

Ordered an Arby's melt meal with mozzarella sticks. Was told to pull ahead and wait for my order. No one else was in line. Waited at least 18 minutes. Had a car full of kids could not go and get my meal. When the Arby's worker brought my food she indicated she gave me extra fries. But the order actually had two sandwiches mozzarella sticks and 2 fries the sandwich were both wrong not what I had ordered at all.
