Good service like always, good food,But a small careless accident from chef today, see the picture,?‍??‍??‍?

I've been going there a long time. The washrooms are absolutely disgusting. Men's washroom to be specific. Urine all over the floor near wall urinal and also in the stall. Toilet paper unflushed with blood on it, stains all over toilet bowl. Water all over the counter near the sink.Even before this, when I opened the two doors to enter the restaurant, there was a greasy substance on the handles, and finger/handprints all over the glass. I question the general cleanliness of the place if they can't do regular or sufficient rounds to make it presentable and avoid cross contamination that may also affect the food.Very loud place and there are often children, which is fine, but since it seats lot of people, you'll be in a noisy environment at peak hours.To all people who eat there, practice some good hygiene and have some respect for others who use the same facilities as you.Food is good and affordable, service is generally quite good, but I won't be returning for a while, this applies to my SO and my family.

This franchise has become our favourite. We enjoy coming to this now 4th location because our breakfast is priced well and we can have a decent conversation compared to other breakfast places I have reviewed.
