The young lady who took my order was very nice with a big smile. I sat and a manager came by and asked if he could get something for me while I waited what was a very short time. When I finished, another manager came by and asked how my lunch was and asked if I was satisfied. I think if you were using this site as a model for all your sites, your company would increase and the customers would be very happy to come back. Thank you. Roger Guillotine
I was asked to leave a survey by an employee (if I look at the evaluation, I understand why). I refused. My order was small and waited a little longer, but my poutine and coffee was like I ordered it.
Drive Thru; I'll go to coffee and dinner every day. Staff are so pleasant when they speak thru on the trip. Very few errors in orders. The staff will get the car in a reasonable time. I'm going on!
Mc Donalds is such a disappointment as it was years ago. I paid a fortune for a chicken burger that was processed. It was not the best chicken, but a mixture of chicken parts like the mc chicken earlier. For this kind of money, I challenged being CHICKEN BREAST. It was terrible. It's Mc, Donald's. In 1986, my first job was Mc Donalds'. Back when you work there you can work everywhere. There was a good system. You'd never see anyone standing around. You'd be fired. (After signing your file 3 times). That could be that you don't wear a name tag, too late, or many different things. McDonald's has gone downhill since then, and his popularity has faded. It's not the same. I don't even know if kids have birthday parties anymore. What gets me is to get Mc Donalds in 30 weather and they don't even fold the bad thing to curb the heat. If we don't fold the bag properly, we'd have to sign our file. They taught young people how to work. I'm just going because I like my grandchildren.
Every time I go to this McDonald's something is wrong with my order, so I have gotten into the habit of checking before I leave, even at the drive through. I have been short changed more than once on chicken nuggets so I even have to open the box and count them. When I pointed out that they didn't put the correct amount in my order they looked at me like I must have eaten one to try and scam them, but grudgingly replaced the missing nugget and gave me 2 extra. Nice I guess, but shouldn't have to count my kid's chicken nuggets every time to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.
