Variety Coffee Roasters - Brooklyn

The personal here is unbeatable. not only are they super well trained and make a damn good drink, but everyone works on this variety is incredibly nice charismatic. I am so happy that I have made this as my local caffe it easy to my favorite in the city. special cries to the workers dominique, shana, minju and emma (perturbing when I have written the name of each one wrong). They are all amazing and are a fantastic start to my day.

I’m visiting from Florida and Variety is the only coffee shop open on Christmas morning (which I really appreciate got a cold brew, dirty chai, cardamom croissant, ham and cheese croissant and a blueberry muffin. Everything was fantastic!

The folks who work here are so lovely the coffee is divine! In particular, they make a mean cappuccino. They also offer wonderfully roasted coffee, if you want freshly ground coffee for making a drink at home.

Tbh coming here you get a comfortable yet content vibe. Peaceful yet filling energy as if the worries of the world have simply vanished. I find the coffee restful yet tasteful reminds me of my younger days. Regardless if you have the time please do come and visit.
