Great spot for seafood! Oysters,Lobster and Chowda! In Red Hook or Montauk!
The boil arrived luke warm and there wasn't a lot of flavor. The lobster roll was also a bit dry. The appetizers were good. We got the lobster mac and cheese which was pretty decent but didn't have a lot of lobster. I especially liked the crab dip that came with chips. I also really enjoyed my blood orange margarita. The atmosphere is really nice for a casual dinner with friends.
Went there after some drinks, got the lobster fries as an app and were delicious. Followed by the poundster with the extra 4 oz of lobster which was plenty of food for 2. The poundster had clams , lobster, crab, corn, potatoes and shrimp , super delicious.
After a two hour ferry ride, I was hungry and in need of fuel before exploring the rest of the neighborhood. It is a quick walk from the ferry and cruise terminal. The place was not very crowded given that it was a December weekend, but the restaurant had a welcoming ambiance with a homey Christmas tree. The service was attentive but not overbearing. I ordered the Connecticut. The lobster was fresh and well cooked while the roll was light but filling. The hibiscus lemonade was refreshing too.
