Pizza Hut Express - Brooklyn

We enjoy to go out. Last night we visited this magnificent place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a beautiful evening there with high-qulity dishes and a professional team and a distinguished cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we shall surely go again soon. We deeply recommend.

I wish I can give this place a better review but sadly I can 't.The food is good, it 's consistent and classic Pizza Hut. Kinda nostalgic. We used to come here and it was always nice until pandemic happened. No more dine in and no delivery, you have to pick it up. I was hoping that they would start accepting dine once again but they said dine in option is closed for good which is disappointing.Now you come in and it looks sad like they got raided and just didn 't bother to care and restore old business. They 're not very friendly either. It used to be a must go place now is just last resort kind of thing or unless ur really craving that classic Pizza Hut pizza.

Apparently you can't get seasoning packets anymore and you have to pay $1.08 for this jar instead LOL ok

It 's close to home for me. I ordered online 2 identical pizzas except one of them with extra cheese. When I got the 2 pizzas home, they were identical in every way. I paid for extra cheese for one but didn 't get it. I complained , but only got a sorry . And what hurts most is I tipped 20% beforehand. I 'll never tip before getting the food again.

This was one of the few branches that offered dine-in services with a salad buffet table. Due to Covid they no longer allow any dine-ins. Ordered my food for takeout. Though my Buffalo wings were still hot, my cheesey Garlic bread got soggy and cold. There is a flyer on the cashier counter that the price of their wings had gone up with supply shortages (I understand). Those are some pricey wings, each blue cheese sauce cost an additional quarter~Sigh. Overall, I still like this place cause it reminds me of my childhood. I would not go out of my way to eat here.
