Dunkin' - Brooklyn

The restaurant always gets my order wrong. I requested sugar-free hazelnut syrup twice and they gave me regular syrup instead. Additionally, I inquired about the cheese options.

I order a hot macchiato with caramel french vanilla, I been drinking same coffee for 4 years. The guy gave me ice, when I corrected him, he brought me another cup, when i drove out halfway to my work place, took a sip of the cup only to see he put hot water in the cup

Horrible customer service, phone doesnt work, and they cant follow directions.

I have visited this restaurant several times and the service is fantastic. The staff is very efficient and friendly, and my order is always accurate.

The employees are very nice and serve me quickly. I go there every day so they know what my orders are.
