Brooklyn Crab

The oysters were so fresh yum!!!!! Service was kind of poor. Food took a while to come. Food was a little pricey but I’m not complaining. Ambience was excellent, excellent place for photos. By the water too! Overall, it was okay. I’d come again

The food, as usual was very good. I love their crab. The service however was pretty lousy. We sat upstairs on a Friday night and it was not that busy. Got there for an reservation and our waitress seemed solid to start off with, but as the night progressed we felt invisible.We were sat in a far corner which is fine by us as our group of tends to be a little noisy but were rarely checked in on.Crab came to the table and we were not given any crackers. After about minutes I got up and went over to a busser and asked if they could bring us some crackers for the crab. He brought over and there were of us.I asked him if he could grab more and they never came. We shared the crackers for about half the meal and then our waitress came over with the missing crackers I'd estimate about minutes after the food hit the table. she was nice, just inattentive, which is strange because it didn't seem that busy

The food selection was exactly what we were looking for. Started with shrimp cocktail appetizer which was plenty for our party of five. Three of us had snow crab, which was cooked perfectly, also ordered crab cakes , and the Brooklyn steampot. All the food was tasty and plentiful

Came here after visiting the aquarium. Really wanted crab. Was served crab that appeared to have been preboiled. When it was brought to the table, it was delivered in metal bowl that covered with a wood bowl that was to serve as the trash bowl for the crab legs i.e. it was not in a typical bowl for seafood boil. The server did not remove the wood bowl from the metal bowl, so i removed it. The food was NOT steaming hot. It was just warm. i couldn't dig in because i was not served the bib and utensils; they were served about a minute later once the server realized he had forgotten them. by the time i was way through my food it was cold. yuck. will not go here again. the ambiance was fantastic though. the food was overpriced and really the worst seafood i've had in recent memory

Place has fun atmosphere but value for food is not there. Fish and chips were disappointing. My friend didn't eat it bc the fish is too thick and didn't taste very fresh. Got the pot for It was about market price and only came with one lobster and some crab legs and some corn. Definitely did not seem worth the price. It doesn't want to make me come back. Overprice for quality and value of food. Disappointing
