Therefore you have to pay the full 48$ for 24 hours if you want to park there, no discount. Which I found out after already parking. The room was good, clean and a nice big tv, the bed is very comfy. The hallways are super long and creepy in places lol
Do not stay here!!! First, I tried to call prior to my arrival to see if I could check in early and could not get anyone on the phone. We were not able to check in until 4:30 pm and had to be escorted to our room because the key system was down. For at least the first night we were without a key to our room. The hostess said that anytime we want to get into our room, we would need to be let in by a staff member. Additionally, both the bar and restaurant were not functioning. The staff said that the reason was because the hotel recently changed owners which was 4 months prior to our arrival. This is totally unacceptable and I will never stay here again.
The location is really good. Quite close the the center of Brookline, with lots of shops cafes and restaurants. The city of Boston is a short walk in the other direction. The rooms are small and stuffy. There are no windows and you feel the stuffiness as you open the door. Only one windows facing the corridor (which is odd in itself), and this windows can’t be open (not that you’d want to in any case).Rooms are not cleaned during a multi-day stay. They are very strict with the check-in and check-out time and won’t give you the room before the check-in time even if it is available.Complimentary breakfast, which is fine, but rather crowded.Service is fine, but no flexibility whatsoever.
Horrible!!! Not only were the front desk employees rude but the location is the worst. The parking was $50 a day for a garage that does not allow in and out meaning if you pay the $50 want to leave and come back the parking pass does not work so you have to pay again. The only other option is parking on the street that according to the desk clerk is “park at your own risk for ticket or towing”. The room was hot and the ac wouldn’t cool it down. The bathroom is very tiny. Don’t get ready in there cause someone might hit you with the door. The bathroom door looked like someone had forced their was in as well. Trust me look other places to book.
For almost $300/night I would expect to not stay in a dungeon room with heat coming in from the boiler(? Room. The room was significantly hotter than it was outside. AC wasn't working when I checked in, so I walked into hell when I opened my room door. Even after the AC was fixed the room did not cool down all the way, and the bathroom stayed hot AF (the vent to that was leaking in the heat was in the bathroom . Couldn't have the bathroom door closed at all because of how hot it would get. The maintenance guy that came when I first reported the issue was nice but two days later (after the AC was fixed and I never reported another issue I was taking a late (nearly naked afternoon nap and barely made it to the door to bolt it before another maintenance man randomly showed up despite my DND sign on my door. Seeing as I did not request maintenance again this was pretty sus that he was trying to get into a solo woman's room. Wouldn't stay at this location again
