Mcdonald's - Brookings

Used to be a fine place to grab something to eat but now you HAVE to order food from a kiosk and it is so damn slow that you spend more time waiting to punch buttons than just going to the drive thru placing your order parking and getting a seat inside. Just do drive thru as the kiosk is too damn slow. He'll I'll just go to BK or Arby's instead of dealing with the kiosk.

Like every other McDonalds and the Pink Slime, disgusting!

I've never had any complaints with this particular McDonald's food or service wise. My biggest complaint is that it is always packed inside and in the drive thru nearly any given day/time. I think, more so than popularity, it's so busy because the service is a bit slow, so they can't keep up with the volume.

Sometimes the food is a little old, or it takes a long time to get delivered; but the people are so nice and the service is great.

Ended up having to leave after paying and waiting 25 mins for a simple plain cheeseburger (which I never received) so I wouldn 't be late for work. Garbage service, for a garbage restaurant . Just drive the extra few blocks to Culver 's.
