Wahlburgers - Brookfield

Food was 2 hrs late, cold, soggy, missing items. The manager gave us gift cards as apology with $0 on them... Shouldn't even give them a one star but that's the lowest I can put on here. Waited two hours for the food, were starving by the time we got it and were told it was just made. It was burnt, cold, the items were missing half ingredients. The manager told us she saw us waiting that long but didn't do anything about it...

God was great but server was not. Server was nice but listening was not a strong character in this person. Serving food was not the calling intended for this person. The atmosphere was good for a Thursday evening.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is chair friendly. I could have easily eaten here when I was in my chair. Plenty of wide openings and a great floor layout, each bathroom has a wide door and single toilet in each room. No stalls so you could get your chair in an easy position to transfer.

Walked into the location and the person behind the desk didn't acknowledge me until after I went and stood in front of him for a little bit. Then he said hi and kept working on what he was working on. Then he said I'll be right back and he left. A few minutes later a different person came up and took me to a booth. It took a while after that for them to take my order. The fries were incredibly hard and crunchy. The burger was fine but the bacon I asked to be extra crispy was not. Overall the experience was meh.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience here with our puppy outside! Our waiter Chad was one of the only servers that evening and he did a GREAT job!! Even though we were outside we didn’t feel forgotten about and he made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10

I can only comment on the service and atmosphere as we didn't end up eating here. We sat down and placed our order for drinks nearly immediately. About ten minutes later our server took our food order. We thought it was a little long considering there were only three other tables occupied but they were short staffed. About ten minutes after we placed our food order the server asked for clarification on our drinks. At this point we decided to go elsewhere. If the server was just now getting to the point of entering our order after we were sitting there for over twenty minutes without drinks I didn't feel like they valued the customer enough for me to eat there.
