Sonic Drive-In - Brookfield

The first week of Sonic opening in Brookfield Missouri in May 2022 ? , there were some minor kinks that they needed to work out, such as staff being able to rollerskate? Funny till they end up using your vehicle to bring them to a STOP while trying to deliver your order! ???????? Or hearing and understanding what the customers are ordering over the new comm systems/speakers! BUT all-in-all, their staff are very friendly, helpful, and aim to please their customers, andtheir location is also convenient! ???? MAHALO AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK IN SERVICING YOUR COMMUNITIES! ????????????????????????

My mom ordered on the mobile app and my daughter picked up the order. When she (my daughter) got back with the order part of the order was wrong most of it was cold and the burgers where burnt. Upon contacting Sonic about her order the manager told my mom that once my daughter had left with the mobile ordern it wasn't there problem and then hung up on my mom.

I just had the worst experience at Sonic. I had ordered a chicken slinger and it came with several obvious hairs sticking out of the sandwich. I told the server I did not want another sandwich because I was nauseous at the thought of what else maybe in the next sandwich. I asked for a refund I was told they would give me coupons. They gave me promotional coupons that are for a dollar off or buy one get one free! I am so angry that I paid for an inedible hairy sandwich andwas given a coupon for dollar off to buy another!

Went through drive-thru at the new Sonic in Brookfield Missouri and I'd have to say that's the worst customer service I've had in a long time. The girl rolled up our change and close the window as she handed out the straws would not recommend this restaurant

I guess it's ok if you prefer room temperature food. The cheese wasn't close to being melted on our dried out burgers and the tots were hard as a rock.
