Jack's Allison Bonett Hueytown Al

Been in the drive thru line for 32 minutes now. Did they have to grow the chickens first? You'll probably read this review before I eat.. do better...

After repeating my order AT LEAST 10 times to the drive-thru cashier, it was still totally incorrect. Then, when they finally SUPPOSEDLY got the order correct, the food was absolutely terrible. Lastly, when we got away from the restaurant and took a drink of the large SWEET tea we had ordered , it was UNSWEET. There is no reason for ANYONE to be this horrifically incompetent.

First of all this Jack’s restaurant is not in Hueytown so it needs to quit lying about that. It is actually in dolomite and it is run exactly how you would think a fast food restaurant in dolomite would be run. I will never give Jacks my money again for any reason. Nobody should have to sit in the drive-through lane for 25 minutes and watch customers park their car and walk into the store and then walk back out with their food while we sit in what is supposed to be the faster way to do it

I should have checked my order before leaving the drive through. Two of the three entrees of a 3 piece chicken dinner were wrong.

Always short staffed. Never gets orders correct. Slow service!!!
