I have never had a bad experience with Papa John's and it is my favorite place to order from. The delivery is always prompt, the pizza tastes great, and the drivers are polite. Some people may complain about the delivery fees because the drivers do not enter their building, but I think the fee is reasonable. If I had to go pick up the pizza myself, I would end up spending more than what they charge for delivery. I have no problem going downstairs to pick up my order if it means I can eat the pizza hot and fresh right away. Plus, I always tip the driver!

This is undoubtedly the best pizza I have ever had. The delivery driver was polite, and my order arrived hot, unlike other places. The sauce did not give me any heartburn, unlike other pizza shops.

I used to order from this restaurant a few months ago, but stopped due to the rude and unhelpful cashier. I had a bad experience with them where my order was wrong and they had an attitude towards me. However, on July 4th, my family and I were tired and the kids wanted Papa John's. Despite initially saying no, my wife convinced me to give it a try as a special treat. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, polite, and attentive service we received from a young lady who seemed to be new. We will definitely be ordering from this place more often now.
