What a deliciously pleasant surprise! This restaurant showed up in my Door Dash "you-havent-ordered-from-here" list. So I read a little about it and placed an order. And frankly I wasnt prepared for how Id love the dishes I ordered: one-quarter Pollo a la Brasa (Whole Chicken, 1/2 or 1/4), Small Yucca Fries and Vanilla Flan. Oh! And their Green Sauce! All I wanted was food and I got an amazing gourmet meal. It was so good that the next day I went to the restaurant in person to get something for my friend whos visiting NYC from DC area. FIVE STARS!
Best empanadas and flan in the city—and maybe the world! Dont forget the Green Sauce!
Their food is delicious! The roast chicken, chaufa, salchipapa, green sauce... even the salad...it is all SOOO GOOD. Ive ordered from here twice and the food was consistently good.
The chaufa was salty, the pesto was lacking salt and flavor. The empanadas were good. The green sauce was good.
