Five Guys - Broken Arrow

I love Five Guys, but this is the second time I've went there, and the food and service were bad. The burgers are so wet and sloppy that the buns turn into mush and fall apart. They drown it with too mustard and ketchup. Also, the fries weren't fresh and hot, just soggy leftover broken pieces. Based on the high prices, Five Guy's is very proud of the product they sell, well the people that work there need to start acting accordingly. The person that took our order was very dry acting and actually rolled her eyes and walked off when I didn't add a tip. My tip to her is grow a smile!

Give guys was delicious you can build your own burger there and add what you like and they fry it up for you the grill is out in eating area. I took my friend and both felt stuffed full of delicious food. Also thier fries are delicious and 1 of there regular not large size of fries is a ton of fries like if you went to a fast food restaurant it would be like ordering 6 large fries. The staff was great and just made for a positive experience.

Had to wait 35 minutes for my order restaurant was almost empty . Fries were so salty that we had to throw them away. Too bad it was a take out order if not I would’ve given them back to the cooks!! Used to be a good . Not coming back anymore !

Wow! This crew rocks! Never have I been so impressed with the transformation of a restaurant. Ever since Alexz took the store over it has been beaming with energy and positivity. Big shout out to team Broken Arrow for always making customers happy.
