Chipotle Mexican Grill - Broken Arrow

First time at this location. Fairly new but could use better cleaning. Open air concept with lots of hard surfaces, so noise from grill dominates the space. Music is soft so you can still have a conversation. I got a barbacoa burrito. Food is up to usual Chipotle quality. Unpainted exposed roof trusses are neat to look at. AC is remarkably cold, especially when it's 91F outside. Cold so not staying long. Bathroom is clean but austere (no decorations). Overall the restaurant atmosphere feels slightly sad. Not sure why.

Chipotle, while not my favorite, has many redeeming qualities. I love the ability to pick and choose exactly what I want on my meal. Plus? their Guacamole is really good. There can be a pretty large lunch crowd, so you might want to go early.

Only two folks on front of us, so line moved quick. Server did a good job making our bowls, all the bins looked to have been recently restocked, so our meal was HOT and tasty. Cashier did a good job helping me using the app !

Ordered online for takeout and specified in-store pickup. Arrived a couple of minutes before my requested pickup time and saw that the order was not on the shelf. I sat down to wait with another customer who was also waiting for a takeout order. The store was busy, so I made the mistake of assuming the orders were still being made. After ten minutes, I went to the counter to check on my order and the other customer did the same. Both of our orders had been placed at the drive-through window instead of on the pickup shelf. The food itself was good, but the online ordering pickup process needs some attention.

Regularly get orders wrong. Tonight I barely got any steak on my burrito bowl and my burrito was missing fajita veggies. For $30 the orders should at least be right.
