Kfc - Brockville

The original recipe nuggets were delicious. Hubby's chicken extremely greasy and mashed potatoes were soupy.

The food and service is decent, atmosphere is pretty sad. Lighting is pretty bad. Major renovation required.

This was the worst KFC I've experienced in my 66 years! It's unbelievable—undercooked, lacking any seasoning, and this was supposedly a fresh batch according to the server. We waited 15 minutes for a 6-piece bucket, and it was simply disgusting! The only reason we didn’t return it was because we were exhausted after a 12-hour drive. I urge you to avoid this establishment!

The food was disappointing. The chicken was dry, and the gravy was watery. I truly don't understand how the managers fail to notice that their staff is serving such poor-quality dishes. They charge exorbitant prices for subpar food. I won't be ordering from here again.
