The lighted menu display had my mouth watering with all the tasty options available so I with for the double bacon burger with cheese--their premium bacon burger offering. Unfortunately, I will confess, it didn't trump Wendy's Baconator of which I am very fond. I did, however, really enjoyed the self-serve lemonade. On the plus side, they had dine in tables in compliance with COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. The place is very well maintained, including the men's restroom--women please use your imagination. I feel they rated 4 1/2 stars but that option is not available.
First Time. Friendly Staff. Clean Restaurant. Food Was Super Hot (LoveThat) and Fresh. We Ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Mushroom Swiss Burger with Sweet Potatoe Fries. Everything Was Yummy. Definitely Will Return.
So.. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with a drink and an extra order of fries. As the pic shows, I placed said order at 12:51pm. When I walked in, only 1 person was on line in front of me. I waited and waited. By 1:25pm a line starts to form. I ask the cashier who I placed my order with if my food was ready. No, it wasn't. 10 minutes go by and another worker comes in and starts to help out. I ask her if my order was ready. She asked for my name and checked. Then stated she didn't it to give it a few more minutes. 20 minutes later I ask again if my order was ready to be told that the order didn't print to the kitchen and they weren't sure why. I requested a refund which was issued. But after waiting for almost an hour and to be told my order didn't print was totally disappointing. This was my 1st time visiting Smashburger and will probably be the last!
Great food, but phone orders are ALWAYS wrong. At one point, my husband asked for my burger (in-person) with just lettuce, bbq sauce, and onions and they got it absolutely wrong 4x. The manager came in and took the order, and it STILL came back wrong. And one of the times of the 4x, they added an ingredient we didn't even ask for. Right now, I'm eating the incorrect order with mayo that I asked to be removed (it says NO MAYO on the receipt, but that's not what I got). Please train your workers on attention to detail. Or hire type A personalities.
Friendly, maybe but fast is not in their vocabulary. Stop lying to your Dashers, don't have them waiting for orders that you haven't even started. Perhaps you just need to have someone focus on pick up and delivery orders? Idk get it together but definitely do not try to patronize a us. We're not stupid.
