I have been going to this place for 2 years now. I am now speaking from a the couch in my apartment and the culinary excellence that I just consumed made me feel compelled to sit down and write this review. First, the staff was extremely courteous. Secondly, the food was ready in less than half an hour. Lastly, the naan, paratha, lassis, chicken tikka masala, and vegi samosas were killer. I am in a state of food euphoria that I have not experienced in a while. While this was always my favorite Indian Take Out (I have also had a good experience eating in) in Brooklyn, this most recent experience really cemented Sapphire in my mind as a real diamond in the rough. If you want courteous customer service and dang good Indian food, treat yourself (preferably after a day of hard work) to a well deserved and affordable treat.

There food is consistently great every time, and I order from here a lot. It is very well spiced and much better than other Indian in the neighborhood imo. The kachori and the lentil soup stand out as appetizers. The briani and the saag stand out as entrees. The guys who work here are so nice and work very hard. :
