Great food and service. This was a charity event with approximately 200 attendees. Food service was well organized.

I had the chicken pesto sandwich and it was amazing. We also had the coconut shrimp with fries, hush puppies and cole slaw. Everything was delicious.

I absolutely love this place! The service is friendly and quick, and the food is delicious. I've tried many of their specials, ordered from the menu, and even had a meat and cheese platter for an event. Carrie Knofe truly goes above and beyond what you’d expect. I highly recommend Knofe's Edge Café!

Knife's Edge is fantastic! It’s a hidden gem situated in Bob Hope Village. Carrie offers a wide variety of options at great prices, and I’ve been impressed every time. The Smoked Turkey Melt and Lasagna are absolutely amazing!

This restaurant is fantastic. They catered my grandmother's wedding, and everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding. Their catering is excellent, but I've also experienced their daily lunch service at Bob Hope Village, which is just as impressive. They always take the time to chat with the residents while preparing meals and ensure that the food is served promptly. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're looking for a great, local dining option.
