My meal was pretty good but my friends came out cold so they threw it in the microwave...
We felt chased out of this restaurant, the staff stood over us most of the time, we didn't even finish eating and they already gave us the bill and took cash when we didn't give the full amount, we won't come there again
The food is great. We really enjoyed their roast and bbq meat. A pot of tea is served for free. It maybe not the best one but it is good enough to recommend to any friend seeking for Chinese food in NYC. Price is reasonable. They accept cash only.
Recent changes and experiences at your establishment. It has come to my attention that the previous owner, who had a distinctive tall appearance and wore a ponytail, is no longer present. In his place, there is a new manager whose conduct has been problematic. During my visit this past weekend, I observed this manager being both rude and loud with several customers. I had placed an order by phone and waited for it to be prepared, as I live across the street. Despite arriving early, I noticed that five other customers, who ordered after me, received their orders before I did. While waiting, I overheard the manager speaking in a disrespectful and loud manner to other Asian patrons. I even conversed with some other customers in Cantonese who were also waiting, and they too noticed his rudeness but chose to ignore it. On a separate occasion last week, I placed an order in Chinese, and the manager made me repeat myself three times, even though I spoke Cantonese correctly. I have been a loyal customer since the 1980s, through two previous owners, and I find this new manager 's behavior unacceptable. I strongly believe that he should not hold the position of night-time manager. Instead, I suggest that the woman who works as a waiter be given the responsibility of cashier, as her demeanor is far more suitable for customer service.
