Right old pub. very friendly reception and even a cozy sofa corner. would benefit from a simple eating, such as sarnies or sausage rolls, but otherwise, spot on. bonus, dogs welcome

A chance visit to Brixham brought us to this delightful pub which I understand is under new management and was refurbished 3 months ago. I must say, it's a lovely place! We had lunch and an ice cold draught beer. I would recommend the home made lasagne! So tasty! Complemented with fresh chips that rivalled many a 5 star seaside chip shop! Simple fare and very nice indeed! The owner and some fellow travellers were lovely to chat with as we left. We will definitely be popping in again when we're in the area.

One of my favorate locals in Brixham. ! Lovely landlord, makes everyone welcome, it's right on the harbour, dog and children friendly with a wonderful home cooked menu. Also wonderful local musicians at the weekends.

A fantastic pub with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bar staff are great, and the friendly locals make you feel right at home. Plus, you can enjoy a lovely view of the harbor across the street. As an Essex man, I truly hope to make this my local pub one day when I move into the area.
