Booked a table for food and then when got there they sat us down and said nothing wasn’t till we tried to order food on the app and it wouldn’t let us we asked why at the bar to be told the kitchen had closed and they wouldn’t be serving food!
Staff were helpful, friendly and polite but despite pre-booking for dinner no table had been allocated and both our first and second choice of meal were unavailable (5pm on a Thursday evening! . Then my meal came out but not my husband’s- the order had been separated and his was delayed. Staff were apologetic but it slightly spoiled the start of our anniversary evening out!
This used to be a solid brand. Now it’s DIY service through QR codes. Everything was slightly sticky to the touch.. In fairness, there was one supervisor that knew what she was doing but it seemed she had 3 new team members with her. Staters came out with mains, no check back, no steak knives, no condiments. Difficult to recommend
Drinks were ok but service almost non-existent and food just average. Loud, cavernous venue and uncomfortable seating.
