Great place, good service and nice atmosphere will return soon

The menu at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. It advertised pizza after 4pm, so I arrived at 4:10pm on a Wednesday expecting to order pizza. However, to my disappointment, they don't serve pizza on weekdays (which was not mentioned on the menu). I asked for allergy information for my daughter who has a milk allergy, and was shocked to find out that everything on the menu contained milk as an actual ingredient, not just traces or possible contamination. This is completely unacceptable for a well-known company. We ended up just staying for a drink because the kids were let down, and when my coffee arrived, it was so bitter that it seemed like the milk had been oversteamed. Overall, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I love this restaurant for both social gatherings and business meetings. The staff is excellent and the ambiance is very welcoming.

Tried booking before we got there but we were told by the staff we couldn't book. Turned up on the day for brunch and our table of 10 seemed to be an inconvenience rather than a nice bit of business.

Always loved grounded. Food is always good, it's clean and coffee is yummy!!
