Unnecessarily aggressive member of staff. There was a mix up on an online order which was fair enough, however when went down in person to see what had happened, this person was completely unprofessional, shouting getting irate and not listening to anything I said . If it was dealt with in a calm way, then might’ve used Ciao again. However because of this we will definitely not.

There aren’t that many family run restaurants left, and you certainly feel the difference. In term or service, a massive difference (in a good way) and one that you feel you can call it your local and to come back again and again.

Great food and lovely staff. Fast service and delicious food. Definitely recommend!

Cook made the best pizza I’ve ever had and was so freindly and nice towards all customers loved the experience so much .

We were a party of 10 celebrating my son’s 21st birthday! The food was excellent, waiting staff very friendly and we were really well looked after!
