I still didn't the lobby it was about 9:15 p.m. for at least 10 minutes waiting to place an order, there was a young girl in front of us who was already waiting 10 minutes. The young lady her name begins with an O . She looked at us like we had worms crawling out of our face and after waiting there for 10 minutes we said can we place an order and they said they're not taking counter orders at this time. I've never heard of a walk-in fast food restaurant that is not taking orders at the counter at this time. It just blows my mind it's the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced.
Sometimes the line is very slow and built up, but i always get my order correct and the freshest food! other locations always mess up my order, but i rarely have a problem in bristol
Do not go to these innocence when the sun is down, cars wrapped around the building, 5 people working, no one does everything that everyone in itself is socialized, it would be easier to get teeth pulled at the place to order food, 45 minutes waiting could not leave cuz cars waiting. women for sanitation
I was very impressed by the fast service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. my food was waiting on the tablet waiting for pickup before I even finished my order! frank, the manager, was very welcoming and friendly when he went about the tables that speak with customers and clean. thanks frank and crew! very well done! ? food: 5/5
More pure than most wendys to be the older model. the personal was with my order at the point. supervisor always makes my day. Usually after eating almost food I regret it. never at wendys
