Gary makes sure the place is clean and tidy, although he is off on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so he’s not responsible for the restaurant's condition on those days. Emily is a lovely person who does her best to support her team. Damien and Shay are outstanding managers. While I only know a few names, the rest of the staff are also very friendly. They do encounter some difficult customers from time to time, but overall, they provide excellent service.
