Haywards At The Grasmere - Bristol

Rooms: The room was spacious, modern and clean. The shower room was also spacious, but dated. Poor flow of water, but hot. Food drinks: The bar area was charming. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and varied. Served in a large, bright dining room. The staff were attentive and cheerful. Hotel highlights: Great value

Pros: Rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very good Cons: Preference was a quiet room but I was given a room on the noisy roadside (which is a constant busy road), had to use ear plugs. Shower cubicle very small with very little water. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Could have benefited logistically with some better placed sockets to bed, overall the price did not feel worth the stay. Room was also very hot, but windows couldn’t be opened due to the noise.

Fairly small rooms and tiny bathrooms and showers. Rude Manager Joel who could not care less for the comfort of his guests . Would never stay there again. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 5

Went to the restaurant for a large family occasion. The food was excellent and every plate went back to the kitchen clean, full, satisfied tummies all round. Thanks for a great evening, we'll definitely be returning. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
