Pizza Hut Ashgrove - Brisbane

On Thursday evening on 1 December. we drove out gladstone and asked our daughter to order pizza for dinner. she ordered at 9.45 a.m. we came to her unity and she waited at her door and said the pizza delivery person was 6 minutes away. our daughter stood before her door and waited, but no delivery happened. she watched the tracker and said the job was delivered. we had to be hungry at night. the next day in the invited and said that they had gone to the door and nobody answered and they tried to call the phone of our daughter, unfortunately the wrong number was in the system. but our daughter waited before her door and nobody came. the person we talked to in the load was that the driver went to the door, he promised to speak to the driver and to call us this afternoon. Let's just say that this hasn't happened. so no pizza no refund $47.25

Never got disappointed here. the personal knows how to make a great pizza! note: they will notice that the bad reviews here have nothing to do with the pizza just delivery. So get dressed personally and you're gonna be okay.

Do not order pizza from Pizza Hut Ashgrove. I ordered pizza from here via Uber Eats, it never arrived, I was charged for it, and the manager refused to take responsibility for their food and their delivery partner and the payment that was charged to my account as soon as I ordered from Pizza Hut, and then hung up on me. He refused even to look into it or offer a replacement. It was one simple pizza. The manager was extremely, extremely disrespectful and aggressive with me. Customer service needs to be put first, or just general decency to other people would be a good start.

THE PERFECT PIZZA!Last night I dropped into the Ashgrove store on my way home. The team were professional and swift at helping me decide on a couple of pizzas and sides.Their menu is full of things I love and know (and a heap of vegan options which surprised me). Coca cola is still their drink options which also impressed me, but you’re not reading this for the drink options!The BaseFluffy, soft and crunchy. It was like a soft, warm bread roll but as a base of the pizza and it was covered (not lightly sprinkled with toppings)The ToppingsRates back into the 90’s (in my mind it was the golden age of Pizza Hut) after a soccer carnival we would stop by and have all you could eat pizza (buffet remember those things) well, there was heaps of toppings and fresh.Absolutely loved my pizzas and when I’m thinking about what’s in the box, with out the dots, it will be a Pizza Hut pizza.Tip:I’ve read the reviews and the time to order pizza isn’t on game day, grand final day or late at night.
