Pizza Capers - Brisbane

Over 2 hours to deliver from less than 8 kms away?!? Are you kidding? Called to ask for refund and they refused. Cold soggy pizza.

I have ordered delivery pizzas from Pizza Capers Arana Hills through Menulog twice now, and both times have been extremely disappointing. The first order was 30 minutes late, cold, and soggy upon arrival. I had to call the restaurant to chase up my order. Today, my second order was also late, this time by 20 minutes, and I had to call them again to follow up. The reason given for the delay was an issue with the Hot Apple Crunch pizza I had ordered, but what I received was simply an Apple pizza. It did not resemble the mouth-watering description on their website, as it lacked the promised crumble, custard, and salted caramel sauce. I found the pizza so undesirable that I ended up throwing it in the bin. The service was terrible on both occasions, and the food was not up to par. I will not be ordering from Pizza Capers again, which is disappointing as they used to be a fantastic brand.

I had a negative experience last year, but they redeemed themselves last night with fantastic customer service and amazing pizzas! Keep up the great work, guys.

The pizza at this restaurant is consistently high quality and ready on time. It is fresh and flavorful, although the toppings are a bit sparse. However, the prices are relatively high for the portion sizes.

Decided to have one of their pizzas instead of the run of the mill ones others provide. Service was great and the pizza was excellent.
