Grilling Art - Brisbane

Don't consider if you have a group. Last night was disappointing. Group of 9. Orders taken then the experience went downhill. First meal arrived an hour later (2 meals at least) then 10 minutes later second two meals then slowly followed by another 3.  One of these meals was an order for well done steak,  which when cut revealed a medium/rare steak  which was sent back. and a credit requested. A second steak was offered but considering the time it took to get the first it was declined. Some time passed and we had to ask for the remaining meals. Finally the last two meals arrived (one was only mashed potato and sauce due to dietary limitations) obviously too easy and was barely warm, been sitting for some time I suspect. Staff were very friendly, but disorganised we watched as customers sat down, ordered and received  their meals after we had ordered ahead of us. Water was also an issue as we had to request it several times. All in all not what you hope for.

The food was very average, the burger meat was very dry, they covered it in way too much mustard and the chips did not really have any seasoning on them, but the workers were friendly. Wasn't what I was expecting after having such a good rating.

Greeted by friendly staffs from the get go! Ordered the Grilling Art Bit Breakfast for brunch which had felt full for the rest of the day. Food came out fast with alright taste, will come back in the future to try other dishes and burgers!

We arrived at dinner time and were seated in an area with obviously wet seats and were not offered any cloth to dry the seats. We requested the cloth and stood for ten minutes until someone came out to try the seats. We tried several times to catch the waitress attention but eventually gave up and went over to physically ask to order. 2 steak sandwiches medium rare were ordered but they arrived with one being overdone and the other raw. My sandwich didn't have bacon but the other did and it was brought out after I pointed this out. The sandwiches were not nice, dry untoasted bread with tough steak and lettuce. I ordered regular fries but never received them. One waitress stood out as friendly however I can't say the same for the rest of the service that night. Overall it was a bad experience and I won't be returning and would not recommend the place.

Absolutely delicious burgers! Yum! And shout out to the ribs omg! Simply nothing to fault at all with out mains. Definitely coming back for a burger. But dessert - might skip on it next time. Can't quite get the taste of cheap vanilla icecream out of my mouth.
