The night guy is rude and can barely communicate without speaking over you and not listening at all. I didn't even have an issue with him but he seemed to think I did. He literally had no understanding of how to communicate properly. Won't be going back, I'll go down the road. Cancel UberEats orders constantly and abused me when I was completely understanding of them being out of stock on a product. So weird.

12/12/22 visit for a coffee and something to eat. Coffee was awesome, the cookie was so good and the service was friendly. Would return.

The lady who just served me (mexican/spanish background) today (14th december 12:10 pm) was so rude. I come here everyday for the fuel and retail as I live near by. I was waiting in the que with the guy who was serving, she came out of no where and asked “are you here for the cigarette?” First why would she assumed that? and secondly, she got upset and sarcastic because I did not understand what she was saying. When I said no she walked away and again was sarcastic to call me in the second till. How would I know I am supposed to go to second till if she just walked away without saying anything. She needs to learn a-bit about customer service.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. When I asked for change, the waiter denied my request without even checking the till. I explained that I needed the change urgently, but he still refused.

Several Uber Eats drivers are showing up at this store to pick up my order. It appears that Wild Bean BP is unable to fulfill the order, but instead of canceling it, they are wasting everyone's time and money.
