We’ve been coming to Starfish and coffee since they opened, never had a bad experience. Pancakes and coffee is the best in Brighton for sure, staff are always welcoming and overall experience is always 10/10. Absolutely love it here, and will always be back!

The food was amazing and drool worthy I wanted to eat it all again afterwards! Perfect place for brunch, we tried the eggs Benedict and the maple abs bacon pancakes.
