Nando's - Brighton and Hove

Our first visit to Nando's was a real dissapointment. We paid a lot of money for not a lot. The amount of chicken you get is pathetic. A quarter of chicken was one skinny leg (not sure they understand fractions or what a whole chicken looks like) and a chicken breast was tiny and overcooked (hard). The fact that the format is also self service left us feeling very ripped off. I can't believe the place was full! We certainly wont be visiting Nando's again.

I know people who rave over Nandos and I have only eaten at this chain a couple of times. The staff were very good and the food arrived quickly and freshly cooked.For a couple of chicken wraps with one side order and 2 refillable soft drinks it cost around £22.I think families enjoy this type of food, personally wouldnt be my first choice for lunch or dinner.

Came here for the second time; was seen to a table straight away on a Saturday night so was really pleased. Our food was ordered and disappointingly the kids meal is not fair for vegetarians. They have 4 options for meat eating children and only 1 for vegetarian children. We tried this before it was too spicy for my daughter, so we asked if we could swap the kids main (a vege patty) for some broccoli...No! Was the answer we got! It’s ****** broccoli probably costs half the price of the patty, surely this was a reasonable swap!!!??? So we had to order lots of sides for her separately. It’s so unfair for vege children, completely biased and lack of options! Other than that, our food was ok apart from the seasonal veg is like a mushy salsa. Customer service needs attention here!!!!!

Visited at lunchtime with my daughters ,chips were cold and soggy as if they had been sitting under the heat light for ages and the chicken wasn’t much better, often visit Nando’s as like the restaurants

Great food and great service! Chicken is sometimes slightly burnt but it still tastes amazing! Go there very regularly.
