Przekaż informację zwrotnąAttending a friends 50th here, private meal, upstairs in the restaurant, food looked and tasted amazing, but really my review is for the staff, SO accommodating, when we arrived late, and provided extra seating etc, just a very good, kind, thoughtful establishment, unheard of these days, well done!!!
Fantastic service and Fantastic Food Staff so attentive we will be returning been like a breath of fresh air to have this new restaurant.
My friends and I experienced such poor service this evening. We had to wait a long time for everything. It took about 20 minutes to place our order in the first place, then two starters were brought out, and one of them was the wrong dish. The third starter never appeared. Our mains were served 2 hours after we arrived at the restaurant and only then did the server say they had run out of mango, which was why I never received my starter. At the end we had to ask for the bill several times and then the card machine wasn’t working. When we went downstairs to pay, the server said she had taken the mango dish off the bill, as though she was being generous, when in fact we never received that dish. She didn’t even apologise for the delays in our food arriving. And there was no goodwill gesture of taking off anything from the bill (not even a token £3 rice dish or anything like that). She still made sure to charge us £2.50 each for corkage, though. The food was nice, but definitely not worth the wait.
Just experienced the most amazing food !! Everything was so delicious fresh . 6 of us had a great fun evening, Arthur was a great waiter. And BYO made it a very reasonable price. Top marks to the 2 lady chef’s. Definitely will be returning .
Useless. Can’t ever get through on the phone because it’s off the hook. Can’t ever order any food if you go in as they can’t cope. Spend more time faffing about deciding if they want to take an order or not. Why bother being open or a food establishment if you can’t handle it?
