The food was excellent as always. However, the service was lacking this time with long wait times, and our ordered espresso and camel tea never arrived even after 20 minutes. It seemed that the staff was overwhelmed due to a large group in the neighboring room.

Dear team, as visitors from the north, we were very disappointed: We sat too close to the left and right tables. We were looking forward to a nice evening with good food. We were also prepared to pay a reasonable, higher price. At 7 p.m. we came and at 7.45 p.m. we were finished with porch, salad and main dish! The quick presentation of the dishes did not suggest freshly prepared dishes. We missed a greeting from the kitchen in your restaurant with the high price level. The portions were clear, although more to be expected from the price. The quality of the dishes corresponded to a normal restaurant kitchen that can be found everywhere. Overall, we had the impression that the guests are served very quickly to be able to revise the table again quickly. Unfortunately we cannot recommend your restaurant in any way and will also inform our Munich friends about it. We wish you could rethink your concept and build on earlier times. Best regards Irina v. It's a pity that the Bogenhauser Hof has to close at the end of 2021. The service there is exceptionally professional. We can discuss some prices, especially for aperitif and digestif.
