Tommys Tavern Tap - Bridgewater

Great place to order takeout awesome service, food is always hot and fresh and ready on time. You can go right up to the To Go counter from the side door, that and a large parking lot mean it's usually a super quick in and out to get your order. Diverse menu including pizza, burgers and sandwiches, sushi, and poke. The pulled pork mac and cheese is a favorite in our house.

The menu is huge. Frankly, too big and reminds me the way old diners had single spaced listings of dishes page after page. Still, my salad was excellent and so was the bread pudding. Expect the latter to be the size of a shoe ????, definitely a sharable desert which was delicious. The atmosphere is casual, like an upscale sports bar, or the old TGIF updated for this century.

I got the tavern taquitos and wasn't impressed. The filling was mushy which wasn't great, and the flavor was lacking. Not terrible, but not good either. The others with me seemed to enjoy their meals a lot more though.

Went for a late lunch and had a fantastic experience. Staff was super nice. Drinks were great. Food was delicious. One hundred percent recommend stopping by Tommy?s. Their cocktails are pretty tasty. I liked the French Whitney which was nice and fruity. Their general tso?s cauliflower was delicious. Only thing was that the cauliflower wasn?t really cooked so it was a little crunchy. This is a very busy place. The food was good with the cocktails and beers. I was kind of disappointed that the strawberry cocktail didn't have any fresh strawberries as it was stated on the menu but we still had a wonderful time.
