Sonny Boy - Bridgeport

Went about 4 times and every time my potatoes were burnt and my eggs are never made right, finally after the like 5th time I called to let them know what was going on. I was told by a manager that my 2 full meals would be replaced have my full name and all because of the continuing problem. Called today to get my food and was told they can't replace my meals.. sonny boys is going down hill!

Food is always very good. Great customer service. Our waitress was nice and polite and prompt. Don't get to Bridgeport often but we stop when we can

Is used to be a favorite. this place has been a favorite of me for many years. I recently visited the place after I haven't been there for a few years and was very disappointed about what this place has become. sonny boy’s has always been known for low-priced eating that is good. Big diner. I have visited sonny boy in the last five years at least ten times, all of which were breakfast. food: eating here is very good, especially given the low prices. the eggs were always prepared competently, i.e. never undercooked and always ordered. it would also be very easy for a job to get messed up on a diner who is constantly so busy, but that never happened.
