Dunkin' Donuts - Brewerton

Terrible staff. Long wait and barely anything made correctly. I?m sure it was because Krystal was working and she has a problem with me since her inappropriate boyfriend tried to have social media relations with me. Looks like my breakfast was slopped in abag. Won?t be going back as long as she?s working there. Will go somewhere that people actually care about the costumers.

Though the cashier was a bit sassy it was a good place. It was clean and we just needed a coffee.

Hash browns undercooked which is gross but the coffee is fantastic. Just because it gets busy, you still need to be sure the food is properly done.

Person serving was disinterested in taking our orders and munchkin donut holes were stale. Probably just that store. Birthday cake iced beverage wasn't worth the money. Just sprinkles and whipped topping on a cup filled with ice cubes and coffee.

Staff was friendly and coffee was hot....what more can you ask for for a 5.00 small coffee...????????????????they dont make dunkachino any more...that was my favorite...and the only reason i went ????
